Hi Deepak,

This is not no-dues certificate. You will get a part of card from library which you submitted while taking membership.

You need to handover all the library cards.

If you  lost or you are not member then you have to write an undertaking that you do not have any book/material from library.

Library official will check against your roll number. If some material found then yo need to pay panelty.

The attached for is to take Rs 1000/- back from university which you deposit at the time of admission (I believe).
