使用其他mask的方法

下載網路上其他人的mask想當作roi，

但是都會失敗，請問是否有解決的方法?

還有平常都使用aal模板，

但是如果想選像是dlpfc等等當作，該如何選呢?

可否請你/妳說清楚一點，這裡的「失敗」意思是? 「無法使用?」，或是「格式不符?」，或是「結果與預期不合?」

無法使用：指的是下載後無法讀取? 那請問你的讀取方法是? 用 SPM http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/ (來讀取下載的 mask file 嗎? 請問格式是?)

格式不符: 也許 SPM/AFNI/FSL/etc 有特定的 mask 格式 (.nii, for example)，請問你的是? 版本是? 有無試過轉檔? 可行嗎?

結果與預期不合: 可能妳可以讀取，但結果不如預期? 或是不知如何解讀?

以上的每一個選項，都有可能的解決之道，與後續的問題(與後續的解決方案)。所以可能要再講細一點。

妳這裡指的是網路上提供的 .aal template (http://neuro.imm.dtu.dk/wiki/Automated_Anatomical_Labeling ) 可以用 matlab 讀取其內容

但是如果想選像是dlpfc等等當作，該如何選呢?

這裡的 dlpfc 是指 Dorsal-Lateral PreFrontal Cortex (DLPFC) 的話，google 一下，我看到 https://findlab.stanford.edu/functional_ROIs.html 有提 到大概位置，但是從其 paper (https://academic.oup.com/cercor/article/22/1/158/366732/Decoding-Subject-Driven-Cognitive-States-with?searchresult=1#5326905)裡的 supplementary material 則沒看到所提到的 anatomical info…..(也許得更努力去找?)

或者是你可以跟 .aal 的腦區作比較後的選取? 像是這篇就是如此做的：http://koenigslab.psychiatry.wisc.edu/pdfs/Barbey%20Cortex%20dlPFC%20working%20memory.pdf

pp. 1197 right panel: For hypotheses about specific brain areas (dlPFC), we defined regions of interest (ROIs) in terms of AAL structures (Tzourio-Mazoyer et al., 2002) and Talairach coordinates.

建議，查看volume size是否相同，如用盧家鋒教授的前處理，請記得resample 兩個影像的size。

REST軟體裡 Utilities -> Reslice Image可以把ROI的Mask進行resample。

The dlPFC ROI included portions of the following AAL structures: superior frontal gyrus (dorsolateral part), middle frontal gyrus (lateral part), and inferior frontal gyrus (triangular part).

感謝老師的資訊，讓我又學到不少，後來有詢問中心，是因為volume size的問題導致mask使用上的問題。
