I recently moved the old mrtools.mgh.harvard.edu to a new server. Download links can now be found here: https://habs.mgh.harvard.edu/researchers/data-tools/downloads/If you download the full package it should have everything needed for using FIVE.-Aaron

You can also make a copy of any image you would like to be the default underlay, name the copy "defaultUnderlay.nii" and make sure it's in a folder that has been added to the MATLAB path.-Aaron

The problem is that the file defaultUnderlay.nii is not in the matlab path. That file should be in the "DataFiles" folder.-Aaron
