Missing files/folders in MRtools_2018-03-17 package?

Hello, 

I've just updated to the most recent MRtools full package (MRtools_2018-03-17): https://www.dropbox.com/s/wnh1n5w6fm7gmuq/MRtools_2018-03-17.zip?dl=0

There seems to be missing files and folders, such as " /DataFiles/defaultUnderlay.nii " which is required for the basic FIVE command to work. What are other files/folders that should be added to the MRtools_2018-03-17 package to get everything to work? 

I realize that MRtools_2018-03-17 has been reorganized a bit compared to older packages, I don't want to duplicate anything by adding "missing" folders from older packages.

I think it's just the DataFiles that are missing, and it should be
fine to use the prior version of those. Just in case here is a link
for that folder.
