Submodules added to FMRD-Desktop code repo

I have reorganized the code repository of the FMRD-Desktop to include submodules of the project documentation and SQL implementation.  I expect that this change will allow me to use the modules across projects more efficiently. Now, Git does not automatically populate the submodules when the repo is cloned, so you will have to do the following:

git submodule init
git submodule update
