FMRD-Sql repository created

To maximize portability across projects, I recast the contents of the sql/ folder of the FRMD-Desktop repo into its own repository.  This repository is called FMRD-Sql and can be found at the following address:

http://github.com/hhamilton-src/fmrd-sql

FMRD-Desktop incorporates this repo as a submodule, which I will discuss in more detail in the post immediately following this one.
