Everything that has come up so far but RFC-style language is now in the
hot-off-the-press 1.0 RC1 version, viewable here:

http://gitorious.org/xdg-specs/xdg-specs/blobs/master/specifications/FMPSpecs/specification.txt

From my perspective putting in more RFC-style language will make this a
1.0 spec -- now's a great time to chime in if there's something about
the spec you don't like (that isn't something that can be fixed in a new
version, such as new tag types).

What about them? Can you provide some details as to what you think is
missing, with respect to cue files, and that belong in file metadata?

Thanks,
Jeff

OK, I see what you're saying. But as I have no experience with them,
please propose a workable solution.

I don't see, from looking at that page, what the REM command has to do
with anything. That's information in a cue file, not in file metadata.

I assume you mean, will ignore REM strings with FMPS info in them.

Anyways, while this sounds nice, I would suggest making this a task for
v1.1 or so of the spec. There's also license information we'd like to
put in there. But right now I think new functionality should be
restricted in favor of releasing v1.0 soon.

P.S. I like the MS batch-file REM comment name...
