No Change in FM presentation Schedule

Dear Team:

 

I have spoken to Maam about it and she is very clear that if there is a FM class on Sunday it has to be with our presentation only, because otherwise it would give a wrong signal to other VC group that she has relaxed the rules for us and not for them.

 

I have tried explaining her all possible reasons which you all mailed and spoke to me about, but she is not ready to listen to it as she feels it would not be fare to others. Even to the reason that we are requesting to postpone it because of the mess up in the schedule she is very clear that it is not because of her, it is because of SIBM and hence she is not responsible for it. Therefore only SIBM has to resolve it and the only way to do it to remove FM classes from Sunday schedule.

 

I am reaching SIBM by 8.30 am tomorrow morning to discuss the case with Prof Stanley but there is a good chance that he may also reject it saying why because of 1 group the entire class has to suffer (I am not saying that this will happen 100% but there is a fair chance it might happen so lets be prepared for it).

 

In such a scenario there is only one way out that we prepare whatever is there and present it on Sunday. So you may please send to me whatever you have which I can put together with my bit and send it to Maam tonight /tomorrow early morning.

 

I am sorry as I could not pursue the Maam but shall put my best to pursue Prof Stanley tomorrow in person.

Hi Jayesh,

 

       Please discuss with Madam, Try to postpone the presentation. After seeing  yesterday's time table mail, i stopped preparing the slides and preparation for the same.

Clearly say ,our batch is going to give presentation on next coming class.

So we can come up with good shape( slides + acquiring the knowledge + sat/sun discussion with in team after class hours etc).

 

I hope that ,you will understand my concerns.

But jayesh ..the thing is..when she is not prepared for the class till thursday then how can she expect us to be prepared with the presentation..if she can expect us to prepare it in a day's notice..even she can do the same thing...!!..But we all know this has been always the problem with Symbi.last minute changes...but what we can gain out of it is we can simply tell mam that we prepared this at such a short notice .so she would be a bit cool about it..whereas if we postpone it..m sure she will take all the revenges...:-)))))

SO its like we are not giving chance to people who are prepared and telling people to present who are not prepared.   Really very upsetting ….. Alright! But when she wasnt prepared for the sessions she should not have agreed to this change..!!

I am fine giving the presentation this weekend..Atleast she would not have that high expectations from us!!

can you please send your slides so that we can make final slides on the sources of funds..!!
I am attaching my slides again with the mail..!!
 
I have deleted the last slide(it was there is the last mail I send about the presentation) because it says about the Indian company raising foreign capital for its domestic perations which is not IPF.

Jayesh,

Find the attached slides for Capital Budgeting and cash flow.

One of the slide yet to be prepared from Prasanna Chandra book. its mentioned on the slide.

I have the PC book but due to printing mistake not able to do so please do the need full. 


Its very raw presentation. If decision will not be taken in our favor  then also we will do that, that much hope and confidence i have with in me and team. so Don't worry guys......
