Henry S. Miller Represents Tenant in 22,600-SF Lease

Fallas Discount Stores signed a 22,600-square-foot lease at Westfield Place Shopping Center at 310 FM 1960 in Houston, TX. The tenant, expected to open in the fourth quarter of this year, will occupy a portion of a larger anchor space in the mall.
Westfield Place, a 96,865-square-foot retail center, is connected to Weingarten’s Cypress Pointe Shopping Center---a 288,000-square-foot property anchored by Kroger, Babies R’ Us and Office Depot. Westfield Place was built in 1993 and is in the Far North Retail submarket.
Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented the tenant, while the landlord, Blossom Development Inc., was represented by Jeff Brock of Silvestri Investments.
