New Wave Contract Management Software is designed to allow a company to
manage contracts without paper effectively from start to finish. It for
email notifications of new contracts and contracts nearing expiration.
Access control is managed by the contract manager who approves
categories of contracts, contract technicians who manage venders and
prices, and end users or vendors who input contract details. It includes
an easy installation wizard.

Removed disturbingly cheap looking header logo from software, replaced logo
with somewhat less cheesy looking image. Created index.php to stop
directory listings and provide common login links to manager and user
sections.
