About:
Pwytter is a standalone Twitter GUI client. It is intended to be
multi-platform.
Changes:
Asynchronous image loading was implemented. UI response was improved. Fewer
twitter API calls are made by using internal caching.

Pwytter is a standalone Twitter GUI client. It is intended to be
multi-platform.
Changes:
The X-Twitter header is now sent. Image and user hints were added. The
program now runs on Linux. The GUI width was reduced to 450px. The "sdist"
command is supported by the setup.py script. In changing parameters, there
is now a live refresh. An exception when quitting the application was
eliminated.

Changes:
Direct messages can be sent. Followers can be displayed. The feature to
automatically detect a new pwytter release was updated. The parameter
dialog is shown on the first launch. A link to create a twitter account
was added the in parameter dialog. The password is now masked in the
parameter dialog. A busy cursor is displayed when getting a timeline and
sending messages. A Link to pwytter.com was added.

The user interface has been internationalized; English and French
translations are included. This release has a themeable user interface,
theme chooser, and 3 themes. Mac binaries are available. Support for Asian
characters (UTF-8) has been added.

support: “Composite”, “Replies”, and “Direct Messages”. A new popup menu
to choose the current timeline. A new easy reply icon: add @name
automatically. New Windows setup for one click install. User interface in
14 languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, French,
German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Swedish, Spanish,
Portuguese, and Russian.
