制止中共迫害 保护在美自由民主斗士人身安全的签名信
致美国政府、美国参众两院、联邦调查局及国土安全部：
近日，著名民主斗士、“六四”镇压的幸存者、在美受政治避难保护的唐柏桥先生，在美国大都会纽约遭到中共指使的多名打手严重暴力攻击，致使其脸部和手部
等多 处受伤。此前，唐柏桥先生已遭到过多次不同程度的暴力攻击和死亡威胁。唐柏桥之所以受到这样的攻击，是因为他坚定的支持法轮功反迫害、支持退党运
动、参加 过渡政府和反对中共，因此这是一起发生在美国本土的恶性的政治谋害事件。这种政治谋害事件，已不是第一次发生，但我们希望是最后一次。此前，
大纪元技术总 监李渊，支持法轮功的民主人士卞和祥先生、刘国华先生及法拉盛退党服务中心多名义工，都遭到过类似不同程度的死亡威胁和暴力攻击。在美国
以外，中共也制造 了多起暴力事件，如暴力殴打香港律师何俊仁，策划谋杀香港民主党领袖李柱铭先生和香港民主人士李卓仁先生。
最近几年来在中国国内，不仅像法轮功、上访民众及异议人士经常遭到中共的黑社会式暴力攻击，很多维权律师同样遭到类式性质的暴力攻击，如高智晟、李和
平、郭 飞雄、杨在新、程海、严义明、张凯及李春富等。现在中共更进一步将这种违背人类最基本的文明准则的黑社会式暴力攻击手法延伸到海外。他们已撕下
流氓的外 衣，不仅在国内也在国外公然使用黑社会式的暴力手段镇压反对他们的声音。如今中共濒临解体，已处于更加疯狂的状态，如对西藏和新疆民众的屠
杀，已有多方面 证据显示是中共蓄意屠杀以制造民族矛盾转移官民冲突的政权危机。
美国是自由民主的土地，是世界各国反对独裁专制的自由民主斗士和良心人士寻求政治避难的最后家园。但如今中共对美国渗透非常严重，已经出现了多起针对在
美避 难人士的暴力事件，而且这一现象还没有得到明确的制止。所以我们希望美国行政当局和国会参众两院能警觉起来，充分意识到在美国发生的政治迫害事
件，不仅是 对美国人民的侵害，也是对美国自由民主的价值观的挑战，也是对美国国土安全的威胁。事实上，中共对美国的渗透和蠢蠢欲动，远胜于中东恐怖主
义对美国的威胁。
美国总统奥巴马最近的演说提到“回顾过去，几代人在战胜法西斯主义和共产主义时依靠的不仅仅是导弹和坦克，更是牢固的联盟和不渝的信念。对于那些依靠腐
败、 欺骗、压制不同意见等手段固守权势的人，我们提醒你们：你们站在了历史错误的一边；但只要你们放弃压迫，我们将伸手相助。”
法西斯主义己在上个世纪在全球范围內被消灭了，但是共产主义殘余势力仍然在世间人类社会中存在。共产主义阵营首领苏联已被和平解体，但中共政权仍舊统治
着全 球人口最多的国家，肆意迫害和鎮压中国人民，封锁信息，残害法轮功修煉者、家庭教会信徒和西藏新建等地区少数民族。不仅如此，中共政权正将共产党
的暴力文 化输出到世界自由民主国家。鉴于此，我们呼吁美国政府尽快正视此事，彻查此案，全力缉拿凶手和幕后黑手，给中共在美国的各种地下势力以严厉打
击，确保美国 人民的自由意志不受任何外来邪恶势力的干预。

Signed Letter to Stop the Chinese Communist Persecution and Protect
the Personal Safety of fighters for freedom and democracy in the
United States
To: US government, Senate and House of Representatives, FBI, and
Department of Homeland Security
Dear Friends:
Recently, Mr. Tang Baiqiao, a well-known fighter for democracy,
survivor of the June 4th repression, granted political asylum in the
United States, was seriously and violently attacked in New York by
several hatchet men directed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP),
resulting in multiple injuries to his face and hands. Prior to this,
Tang had been subject to a number of different levels of violent
attacks and death threats. The reason why he received such attacks is
because of his strong support for the Falun Gong against persecution
and the campaign to quit the Party, his joining the Interim Government
and his stand against the CCP. Therefore, this is a vicious political
murder incident that occurred within the United States. This is not
the first case, but we hope it is the last. Prior to this, Li Yuan,
technical chief for The Epoch Times, Mr. Bian Hexiang and Mr. Liu
Guohua, pro-democracy activists in support of Falun Gong, and many
volunteers at the Flushing service center for Quitting the CCP, were
subject to different degrees of death threats and violent attacks of
similar nature. Outside the United States, the CCP has also created a
number of violent incidents, such as their avowed beating of Hong Kong
lawyer Albert Ho, planning the murder of Hong Kong's Democratic Party
leader Mr. Martin Li and Hong Kong pro-democracy activist Mr. Lee
Cheuk-yan.
In recent years in China, not only have the Falun Gong, the
petitioning public and dissidents often been violently attacked in
mafia style by the CCP, many rights lawyers like Gao Zhisheng, Li
Heping, Guo Feixiong, Yang Zaixin, Cheng Hai, Yan Yiming, Zhang Kai,
and Li Chunfu have also been the subject of similar violent attacks.
Now the CCP has gone further and extended overseas the practice of
mafia-style violent attacks that go against the most basic norms of
human civilization. They have taken off their rogue's cloak, and now
blatantly use mafia-style violent means, not only in China but also
overseas, to suppress voices that oppose them. Today the CCP, on the
brink of collapse, is in an even more frenzied state. Take their
massacre of Tibetans and Uyghurs as example, there is much evidence
that the CCP deliberately carried out these massacres in order to
create ethnic conflict so as to divert the political power crisis of
conflict between the authorities and the masses.
The United States is a land of freedom and democracy, the final home
where freedom and democracy fighters and people of conscience in
opposition to autocratic dictatorship in countries around the world
seek political asylum. But now the CCP’s infiltration into the United
States is very serious; many incidents of violence against individuals
taking refuge on the soil have occurred, and this phenomenon has not
demonstrably been deterred. So, we hope that the U.S. administration
and Congress will be on the alert, and be fully aware that incidents
of political persecution occurring in the United States are not only
an infraction upon the American people, but also a challenge to
American values of freedom and democracy, and a threat to security of
the U.S. homeland. In fact, the infiltration of the CCP into the
United States and their readiness to make trouble are a much greater
threat to the United States than is terrorism from the Middle East.
U.S President Obama in his recent inaugural address said: “Recall that
earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with
missiles and tanks, but with the sturdy alliances and enduring
convictions.” “To those who cling to power through corruption and
deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong
side of history, but that we will extend a hand if you are willing to
unclench your fist.”
Fascism was eradicated globally in the last century, but the remnants
of communism still exist in human society in this world. The head of
the communist camp, the Soviet Union, has been peacefully dissolved,
but the Chinese Communist regime is still ruling the world's most
populous country, wantonly persecuting and repressing the Chinese
people, blockading information, persecuting Falun Gong practitioners,
house church members, and ethnic minorities in places like Tibet and
Xinjiang. Moreover, the Chinese Communist regime is exporting the
Communist Party’s culture of violence to democratic countries of the
free world. In view of this, we call on your government to face this
matter squarely as soon as possible, conduct a thorough investigation
into the case, to track down the assailants and those dark forces
behind them, to severely crack down on the various underground forces
of the CCP in the United States, to ensure that American free will is
not interfered with by any outside forces of evil.
