Release of Flyspray 1.0-rc11

1.0-rc11 is released.

Over the last 2 years not much happened and this release contains only little fixes here and there. At least it seems to run ok under current PHP 8.3.2.

We try to configure/revive the flyspray.org domain in the next days, so the orginal bugs.flyspray.org hopefully is available again, the mail adresses and the website not only available at flyspray.github.io

Do not forget to backup the database before an upgrade.

Let us know when things aren't smooth as expected. As long as bugs.flyspray.org is not up again you can use https://github.com/flyspray/flyspray/issues

In first: Thanks to Peterdd for this new release (Flyspray 1.0 RC11) after this long time!

It is a real good news, it shows that the project is always alive.

I strongly advise everyone to update your Flyspray to solve CVEs, of course by making a backup first.

It is important to do a feedback, thanks in advance.
