All FINAL LIST volunteers must email me and pay their $25 clinic fee to confirm their spot at clinic by Wednesday June 14th 11:59pm or you will be dropped and replaced by someone on the alternate list. 
No Exceptions.

Important reminders

1.We will be meeting at 5:00am sharp at Lot 30  (near the air pumping station/ stairs) on the day of the clinic. 

2. What to bring: 

Valid Passport	Bring your Passport, Passport Card, or Green Card
Clinic fee	If you plan to pay on the date of the clinic (Notify Citlali Araujo beforehand). Drivers do not have to pay this fee, but back up drivers still have to. Clinic Fee: $25 * PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEES if you have not already done so. (You will not be allowed to attend without an updated membership).  STARTING JUNE 30TH, ALL MEMBERS MUST PAY THEIR MEMBERSHIP FOR THE 2017-2018 YEAR. IF NOT PAID BEFORE Wednesday  June 14th  11:59PM YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE FINAL LIST.
Dress code	-Closed toes shoes and the Flying Sams t-shirt. -If you do not have a Flying Sams shirt, any plain grey or black t-shirt will do. Weather will most likely be around 80 degrees.
A few dollars and change	This is for the toll road payment (~$2.50) (split amongst everyone in the car)
Lunch or a few dollars	We are provided with lunch, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Having water is also highly recommended.
Donations	$5 Donation (toys, food, hygiene supplies, etc.) *Mandatory for the volunteers on the final list* *if you have further questions about what can be donated please contact Alvin Chan.
