Please note the changes to clinic fees and membership fees for both volunteers and drivers.

All FINAL LIST volunteers must email me and pay their $30 clinic fee to confirm their spot at clinic by Wednesday July 12th 11:59pm or you will be dropped and replaced by someone on the alternate list. No Exceptions.

You may pay your clinic fee through the Flying Sams Venmo account (@flying-sams-ucr), our website (http:www.flyingsamsatucr.com/), or in person during the week.

Important reminders
1.We will be meeting at 5:00am sharp at Lot 30  (near the air pumping station/ stairs) on the day of the clinic. 
2. What to bring: 

Valid Passport

Bring your Passport, Passport Card, or Green Card

Clinic fee

If you plan to pay on the date of the clinic (Notify Alvin Chan beforehand). Drivers do not have to pay this fee, but back up drivers still have to.

Clinic Fee: $30 for members, $10 for drivers, $15 for Officers.

* PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEES if you have not already done so. (You will not be allowed to attend without an updated membership). Membership fees are $40. STARTING JUNE 30TH, ALL MEMBERS MUST PAY THEIR MEMBERSHIP FOR THE 2017-2018 YEAR. IF NOT PAID BEFORE Wednesday July 12th  11:59PM YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE FINAL LIST.

Dress code

-Closed toes shoes and the Flying Sams t-shirt.

-If you do not have a Flying Sams shirt, any plain grey or black t-shirt will do.

Weather will most likely be around 90 degrees.

A few dollars and change

This is for the toll road payment (~$3.50) (split among everyone in the car)

Lunch or a few dollars

We are provided with lunch, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Having water is also highly recommended.

Donations

$5 Donation (toys, food, hygiene supplies, etc.) *Mandatory for the volunteers on the final list*
