Hello All,
This is Ken Rios, the president for Flying Samaritans – CSUF.
I wanted to take a moment to thank every single one of you for your amazing work yesterday!
Over the past 5 months, we have seen a consistent increase in the number of patients being served at our clinic. I believe this is due to our efforts in the form of canvasing the local area, and expanding the services we provide to the community.
For example, the average is 18 patients/physician in a day in the U.S.
However, we served 25 patients/provider yesterday! (We had over 75 patients in total - That’s the highest number we ever had!) That is an amazing feat to accomplish!
Without the sacrifice of your time, money, and energy, we would not be able to continue our humanitarian mission in El Hongo, Mexico. Your willingness to serve in any capacity is one of the most vital aspects to the efficiency of clinic. There is no small part to play when our main goal is to serve others.
So, thank you once again for your hard work, compassion, excellence, and commitment to our organization. I appreciate the unique strengths that each person brings to the clinic, and I know that the community feels the same way.
Have a wonderful week, and I look forward to talking to you all soon.
Best wishes,
Ken Rios
