Please note the changes to clinic fees and membership fees for both volunteers and drivers.

All FINAL LIST volunteers must email me and pay their $30 clinic fee to confirm their spot at clinic by Wednesday September 20th 11:59pm or you will be dropped and replaced by someone on the alternate list. No Exceptions.

Important reminders

1.We will be meeting at 5:00am sharp at Lot 30  (near the air pumping station/ stairs) on the day of the clinic. 

2. What to bring: 

Valid Passport	Bring your Passport, Passport Card, or Green Card
Clinic fee	If you plan to pay on the date of the clinic (Notify Alvin Chan beforehand). Drivers pay a reduced fee, but back up drivers still have to pay the full $30. Clinic Fee: $30 for members, $10 for drivers, $15 for Officers. * PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEES if you have not already done so. (You will not be allowed to attend without an updated membership). Membership fees are $40. STARTING JUNE 30TH, ALL MEMBERS MUST PAY THEIR MEMBERSHIP FOR THE 2017-2018 YEAR. IF NOT PAID BEFORE Wednesday September 20th  11:59PM YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE FINAL LIST.
Dress code	-Closed toes shoes and the Flying Sams t-shirt. -If you do not have a Flying Sams shirt, any plain grey or black t-shirt will do. Weather will most likely be around 90 degrees.
A few dollars and change	This is for the toll road payment (~$3.50) (split among everyone in the car)
Lunch or a few dollars	We are provided with lunch, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Having water is also highly recommended.
Donations	$5 Donation (toys, food, hygiene supplies, etc.) *Mandatory for the volunteers on the final list* *if you have further questions about what can be donated please contact Alvin Chan.
