Dear Tom,

the grading session for your group has been scheduled on Wednesday July 3rd, 13:00-14:00.

 

If all the group members agree, I would propose that we discuss the grades immediately after (let’s say from 15:00, to allow for some “contingency” in the duration of the grading session itself).

My proposal is that we first discuss the group grade all together (30 minutes should be more than enough for that), and then we start short individual discussions with each person on the individual grades (approximately 15 minutes per person).

 

Would that be fine for all of you? (this question is also for Olaf and Dominic, of course)

If yes, please proceed to reserve a room for the meeting and let us know.
