FlyingCloud 0.3.0 released

We have released FlyingCloud 0.3.0 to PyPI.

This includes

• Improvements to the syntax of flyingcloud.yaml and layer.yaml
• The flyingcloud tool can now perform --build, --run, and --kill operations:
• --build (default) builds a layer according to layer.yaml and (if it exists) layer.py
  
• --run is roughly equivalent to docker run, publishing exposed ports. On Mac, also forwards ports to the container via docker-machine ssh.
  
• --kill is the opposite of --run
  
• Internal cleanup and refactoring.
