ECR 2026 volunteers

Hello,

 

Below is a list of tasks and volunteers for the Egyptian Cup Regatta. I realize life gets complicated, so if you can no longer participate, please let me know as soon as possible.

 

    Egyptian Cup Regatta, June 26-28
        Beverages (Bill Vogler)
        Friday welcome party (John Cassada, Andy Biermann)
        Saturday & Sunday breakfast (John Cassada, need help here)
        Saturday & Sunday lunch (John Cassada, Shirley Bild, Susan Tellini)
        Saturday dinner (Rachel Bowling)
        Race committee (Scott Stevenson, et al)
        Registration (Eric Sutton, Bronson Bowling)
        Scoring (Scott Stevenson)
        Regatta shirts (N/A)
        Trophies (Eric Sutton, TBD)
        Sunday afternoon cleanup (Chris Brooks)

 

I expect the ECR will be somewhat smaller than in the past, but I think we can make it a great event for all.

Thanks for organizing this Eric.  I'm still "on" for beverages and will be in touch with you about this.  Recall that I am attending reunion activities in Carbondale Friday and Saturday evenings, will be racing but will be absent otherwise and unable to help except cleanup after the regatta.  Bill, V.
