Release notes for 9.7.2

Hi I noticed that 9.7.2 has been released (congratulations!). Would it be possible to add a release to github just like the previous releases (the latest one on github is 9.7.1) or alternatively add some release notes somewhere else? 

From the commit logs the following comments were made:

- Fix center image and glyph list item marker
- Bump com.github.librepdf:openpdf from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2
- Bump org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-source-plugin from 3.3.0 to 3.3.1
- Bump org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-gpg-plugin from 3.2.1 to 3.2.2
- remove unused helper methods from GeneralUtil
- Remove unneeded usages of "new BufferedReader"

...but sometimes there are other changes not captured in the commit messages so some release notes would be most appreciated!

Ooops, my bad. :) I forgot to add the release on github.
