Great news today!

I've released FlyingSaucer 9.3.0

It includes the following changes:

1. PR "Performance enhancements" by Asaf Zafran (from year 2014)

2. PR "@font-face bug" by maczam (from year 2016)

3. PR "detection for server relative URLs" by Stefan Ortgies (from year 2018)

4. PR "avoid loading CJK fonts by default" by me

Also, it includes lots of refactorings & code cleanup (mainly, started using Java generics in all FS classes).

* Require Java 17 or later
* Bump openpdf from 1.3.40 to 2.0.1 (#274) (#278)
* simplify API for creating PDF (#277)
* Added F flag to make links pdf/a-1a conform (#280)

It includes a very long-waited feature: 

* SVG support! (#523)

Also, a few tiny changes:

* support "lower-greek" and "upper-greek" list styles (#522)
* bump log4j from 2.24.3 to 2.25.0 (#520)
