Use OpenPDF by default in Flyingsaucer

Hello,

I have created a pull-request to change Flyingsaucer to use OpenPDF by default, instead of the unmaintained iText 2.1.7.

OpenPDF is actively maintained on GitHub here: https://github.com/LibrePDF/OpenPDF

This is the pull-request in question: https://github.com/flyingsaucerproject/flyingsaucer/pull/123

I hope you will accept this pull-request or publish separate maven artifact of Flyingsaucer where OpenPDF is the default dependency.
