Cleaning up java.net project hosting

Hi Pete,

I have removed write access to the old mailing lists on java.net - I assume they are also archived elsewhere (e.g. Markmail) but don't trust enough to delete them completely.

I am thinking we should delete the Jira account for the project on java.net - there doesn't seem to be a way to disable it. There are two issues opened there (unfortunately) from late last year - I will copy them over to Google Code. If you have no issue with deleting the old Jira account let me know.

Ok

mailing lists - deleted all but dev and users, set to read-only
svn - inaccessible except for project administrators
jira - deleted
