The Myles lab at Texas A&M University is seeking a post-doctoral research scientist to study new technologies for the mitigation and control of gene drives. These technologies will be developed and tested in both previously existing and new gene drives with a
Drosophila genetic model. The successful applicant will join other
Drosophila geneticists and technicians in an NIH-funded multi-year project already under way.Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in Genetics or related field with previous experience using the
