UAS line Generation

Respected Community Members,

I am generating a UAS line. My sequencing result matches the reference sequence by up to 85 percent. There are 9 areas where point mutation can be detected. Can we proceed with this Tvector DNA for the further procedure?

I would be grateful for any advice or suggestion as this is my first time generating a UAS line.
