I have the POH in electronic form, but I just use the Rotax operating manual with it. I also have an ARV/Rotax checklist. I haven’t integrated the three, I’ve just crossed out the bits that don’t apply and I have added the new W&B.
I have them all in electronic form if that’s any help.
