Clare Rubin, who is co-fouder and editor of the ""Journal of Homeland Security and Emergency Management", has, as a volunteer project worked on a website to provide "Selected Resources on Disaster Recovery at the Community Level".  It is located at http://disasterrecoveryresources.net/
 
Last month Ms. Rubin received the Dr. Wayne Blanchard Award for her "Contribution to Academic Excellence in the Field of Emergency Management Higher Education."  at FEMA's Emergency Management Institute.  Her most recent article is titled:
 
"Long Term Recovery from Disasters – The Neglected Component of Emergency Management".
