FLORIDA VOAD CONFERENCE CALL
September 11, 2008

ESF-15
Cicero Hartsfield said there was the data form for tracking
information. Trying to make it a part of the system. Cicero wants
the form to be sent back. SEOC is back at Level 3.

FEMA
Deb Coleman reported for FEMA.

Deb said people need to be encouraged to send their SBA forms back or
they will get lost in the system. Only 10 max grants so far. To date
one shelter still open in Lee County. Around 350 in the shelter.
They are busing people to and from the DRC three times daily.

VIND
They are in tinal process of hiring NEG workers, and are doing early
and long-term recovery. Have monthly LTRO meeting today at 1:30 p.m.

CREW
Griselle had a question regarding Glades County. All assessments are
completed to

FLAPDAN
Kathy is still working in Lee County with Catholic Charities doing
special needs cases.

LUTHERAN SERVICES
Danielle said they are coordinating volunteers. They are working in
Lee making home visits and getting information.

Karen said Friday would be the last conference call for Fay as stated
by Marcus.
