[Announce] FLVmeta 1.0.7 released

FLVmeta 1.0.7 special `birthday edition' has been released.

FLVmeta has recently celebrated its first birthday, so, for this
special occasion,
here is a release which fixes a bug and adds a few features.

Changes since last release:

New features:

* Added support for extended timestamps.
Now flvmeta can read and write FLV files longer than 4:39:37,
as well as automatically fix files with incorrect timestamps,
thanks to Robert M. Hall's investigations.

* Added support for all codecs from the official specification.

Bugs fixed:

* Fixed a bug causing flvdump to lose track of tags in case of
invalid
metadata, thanks to <nicma...@yahoo.com>.
