How can I show a low battery notification even if app is not running.

Failed to open output file 'C:\Users\Mandeep\Downloads\gofresh-12\codecanyon-32791631-grofresh-grocery-pharmacy-ecommerce-store-app-and-web-with-laravel-admin-panel-delivery-app\gofresh-fix\User (App and Web)\build\app\intermediates\flutter\release\flutter_assets\fonts/MaterialIcons-Regular.otf'. The parent directory may not exist, or the user does not have permission to create this file.
