to Flutter Development (flutter-dev)

I set up my environment but when i try to use the flutter run command to compile on android this error happens:

Execution failed for task ':app:compileDebugJavaWithJavac'. > Could not create service of type UserHomeScopedCompileCaches using UserHomeScopeServices.createCompileCaches(). Unexpected lock protocol found in lock file. Expected 3, found 0.
