ListTile Padding Issue

Hey guys, I would appreciate any help.
Rows in which subtitle breaks have smaller height than the ones that don't. Preferable I'd like them to be same height.

Used this code to set listTile padding, since this horizontal padding value is used by default anyway. I just needed vertical.

contentPadding: const EdgeInsets.symmetric(

horizontal: 16.0,

vertical: 12.0,

),

Tried setting contentPadding to zero, not touching contentPadding, tried isThreeLine, tried dense...
Not broken subtitle always has bigger height.
Setting container and height, just doesn't make sense, who knows how much text there will be in subtitle in future.

Did you tried using itemExtent property of list view....  (I assume the notification items are children in a ListView... screenshots below). On setting property itemExtent = 50,  I got same height (300 px ) for both one or two line sublist...
