I'm sorry for my bad english. My problem flutter outside project not run build. Error = Exception: null. The flutter tool cannot access the file or directory. Please ensure that the SDK and/or project is installed in a location that has read/write permissions for the current user.
project have all permission "android flutter sdk"
but again error for build

Could you paste and copy the error message? Because this story of 'flutter outside project' is quite unclear.

I think, but I may be wrong, it has something to do with the way your company settled the environment variable, you may first report the problem to them.

As I understand it. Project file format is incorrect or project file format is not mac configuration. Is that so?
