Use a map cheaply or for free in Flutter for commercial purposes

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I'm writing to you because I have a question about the integration of a map in an app programmed with Flutter. Since I want to use this App Commercial, I would have to pay for every request on google if I got it right. Is there a legal way to integrate a map into the app (for commercial purposes) without having to pay for it or is it possible that the user does not have to reload the map from google every time when he clicks on the map symbol in the menu?

You could look into flutter_map, you would need to find an API that works for you, eg from https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tile_servers with your own caching could work I think.

Thank you. I find static and dynamic maps are free for mobile. Doesn’t your case fall into one of the free usage?
