Flutter error: Could not update files on device: HttpException

Hello!

I want to ask if you can help me with an issue, when I try to run my flutter project on a physical device or an emulator I get an error saying:

Could not update files on device: HttpException: Connection closed before full header was received, uri = http://127.0.0.1:52058/em5ttQA7Qik=/

I have tried to change my emulator from a (Pixel 3a, Q API 29) to a (Pixel 2, Pie API 28) and it still doesn't work, can you please help me?

Would you share a log of flutter doctor. According to the problem the emulator disconnected before the instalation was finished. Please also share the code. Thank you.
