Flutter bottom navigation bar issues

Flutter materialApp bottom navigation bar. I'm trying to implement this kind of listPage and detailPage shown below.

However, in 2 cases i can't open new route without bottomNavigation (Bottom Navigation always stay at bottom, in every route, even if i don't want it).
