Flutter Package : Uncompressed package archive is too large

Hi,

I am trying to upload my Flutter package to pub.dev. Dry Run works fine no error shown. But When I try to upload the same package to pub.dev, upload fails with "Uncompressed package archive is too large(size > 104857600).

Any suggestion/solution how to get over it.

Is the large file size expected? Can you check whether you’re including unintended files?

Yes there were few large files... we have stripped off lot of files including example code... dry run works well... but upload to pub dev fails with error.  Why dry run and actual upload behave differently... is there any solutions?
