huawei_push doesn't follow Google Play Store security rules

Hi,

we want to use huawei push kit in our flutter apps, but Google Play Store rejected our apps, because of PendingIntent issues. We want to use the same source code for Google Play and Huawei App Gallery. We were thinking of:

1. Building APK based on flavor (huawei push kit dependencies won't be used in built APK),
2. Using different pubspec.yaml files to avoid huawei push kit dependencies in the whole project.

Question:

How we can use huawei push kit just for Huawei App Gallery and still use the same source code for different stores?
