error in pubsec.yaml file

Error: unable to locate asset entry in pubspec.yaml: "fonts/Pacifico-Regular.ttf".

This message pops up whenever I run my flutter app.

Is there a file named Pacifico-Regular.ttf in folder <your project name>/assets/fonts/   ?

...although I think it is looking for it in folder  <your project name>/fonts/ 

You need to decide where to put the file and how to reference it.

yes there is. I am trying to add custom fonts

You have “Pacifico.ttf” in your fonts folder, not “Pacifico-Regular.ttf” as you have put in Pubspec.yaml.
