Observation: flutter sdk path in AS / windows separators (':') not escaped

Don't know if it is important but Windows file separator('\') and drive letter separator(':') must be escaped

Here how it is for e.g.:

flutter.sdk=C:\\Users\\blablabla\\flutter

It should be:

flutter.sdk=C\:\\Users\\blablabla\\flutter

Including describing *exactly* where in Flutter you're seeing this?  Is this in one of the editors, for example? e.g. VSCode?
