https://flutter-io.cn/ mentions a mirror. I am not sure how one goes about setting up a mirror of their own. Perhaps +Tao Dong can comment?

I heard that Jijia (jij...@google.com) and Luke Cheng are helping us maintain the flutter-io.cn. They may have more info about this.

it's actually the work from community.

The https://pub.dartlang.org/ was tunneled by proxy and can be accessed via http://pub.flutter-io.cn/

The mirror bits were managed by SJTU/ Flutter-io community and can be accessed by CN developers with no problem.
