App is not available for any of my TV devices

My TV is not available for any of my devices on Google Play. I'm getting the message that it is not compatible on any of my devices despite having been using the same devices to debug. I have set all the features and metas required for the app to be available to TV devices as shown below:

android:required="true" />
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.touchscreen"
android:required="false" />
<intent-filter>
<action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />

APP Details

• Minimum SDK Version 19
• Target SDK Version 30
• Compile SDK Version 30

Yes, that is what it says

2014! Lollipop (5.0) was such a new discovery then.

They have the same description, my worry is if Flutter TV apps are supported by Google Play since I haven't found any. I've just been finding more complaints from devs and thought the issue might have been resolved e.g https://www.gitmemory.com/issue/flutter/flutter/48109/578979590

The person says they succeeded to publish by

Thanks, I've seen his app on Google Play but his issue seems different from mine. Google support has responded to the issue via mail and told me to check on the navigation.
