Hello,
First to a few words to my background: I’m still a rookie flutter developer and work in the Open-Source Project DYNAMIK (mytuc.org/ncng) at Chemnitz University of Technology. We want to develop an indoor navigation system that helps physically handicapped but generally all people to navigate in complex buildings. Individual routes are to be determined depending on the obstacles that the users cannot overcome. They will be located via Ultra Wide Band and then guided to their destination within the building. For this purpose, we use the mapsforge_flutter library (github.com/mikes222/mapsforge_flutter). With this library, for example, OpenStreetMap-based maps can be displayed and used.
Now to my problem: Currently the map looks very pixelated. I suspect that this is due to the fact that anti-aliasing has not yet been implemented. After consultation with the maintainer of mapsforge_flutter and a research that has not been very helpful so far, the question arises whether and how anti-aliasing is supported by Flutter. Maybe someone can give me some hints. I also attached a screenshot of the current pixelated map, maybe someone has another idea what this could be. I would be glad about any help or hints where I can find more information on solving this! Thanks in advance!
