Affiliate Marketing Integration

I need direction on how best to integrate an affiliate marketing program into my app. 

Users will add links on the app and save them in "favorite product lists" (within the app) that they will then share with friends (via text, email, whatsapp, etc.) who will then make purchases from those links. 

Any ideas on how to set up a way to monetize this process through affiliate marketing?
