I'm beginner in flutter I just create a new flutter project with intellij idea flutter plug in and I connect my device and then I run the main.dart file but I get this error

I hope from someone knew the issue help me to fix it

You need to keep your computer connected to the internet. This should solve the issue.

No only the first time of the day. This is happening because of a plugin you might be using.
