Force Touch / 3D touch

Hello All - I'm considering using Flutter for my next app which has a very specific requirement on touch input.

I'm looking for a framework with the ability to measure force touch (not just I/O) and the amount of skin. 

Based on these two links, I believe its not available on flutter apps for iOS. What about if I publish to android ?

The PointerData class members are wired up in the engine on both iOS and Android. This includes pressure and other members you might be interested in. I am not too familiar with how this is used/exposed in the layers higher up in the stack so maybe someone else can comment.
