Requested feature: allow collapsedHeight in SilverAppBar to be editable

Please allow collapsedHeight in SilverAppBar to be editable. It can be done if one edits material/app_bar.dart but this option has its obvious drawbacks.

THis is not the place to ask for enhancements, etc.  You should open an "Issue" in the github flutter repo I think for that..
