Flutter 1.18.0-11.1.pre released to the beta channel!

Hi all,

I’m happy to announce that Flutter 1.18 / Dart 2.9 Beta builds are now available on the beta channel: 1.18.0-11.1.pre w/ Dart 2.9.0-8.2.beta

First solved all that errors flutter has ,,then work on more release, i m trying to develop app from last month and warning and errors,,,at least create a solid documentation for list map , etc on every thing you get not string not list type ,which is very painful its not just about design ,,if a person come from other programming language so it should be on standard  way of programming
