WiFi Service Error

Hi,

I'm working on the wifi service to get the IP address of my mobile and for further. I have given the following permission in the android manifest also

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CHANGE_WIFI_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />

but i have got the following error

java.lang.SecurityException: WifiService: Neither user 10293 nor current process has android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE.

help me regarding this.
